Disrobing Woman

Any of the following acts done by a man will be considered as ‘disrobing a woman’ and constitute a criminal offence:

1. Using physical force to make a woman remove any piece of clothing
2. Threatening a woman such that she is forced to remove any piece of clothing
3. Assisting someone else to do any of the above

The punishment for disrobing a woman is a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 7 years of imprisonment and fine.
